The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Barrett rose by $77,675 while total valuation increased by 225 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 26 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $138,202 – a 128.3 percent increase over the $60,527 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Barrett in the first half of 2021.
