Brian Babin, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 36th district since 2015, shared his views on leadership and national security through a series of tweets. Babin has been vocal about his support for certain policies and actions taken by the current administration.

On February 4, 2025, Babin expressed his approval of the leadership in the White House by stating: “This is what real leadership in the White House looks like!”

The following day, on February 5, he commented on President Trump’s stance against criminal activities: “President Trump is not messing around. He is not going to allow America to continue to be a dumping ground for dangerous criminals.”

Later that day, Babin supported labeling cartels as terrorist organizations and emphasized strong action against them: “Wow. @POTUS was RIGHT to label cartels as terrorist organizations. If they even think about harming an American, they should expect the full force of the U.S. to come down on them. It’s time to treat them like the enemy they are!”
