Rep. Ed Case, a U.S. Congressman representing Hawaii’s 1st district, shared several updates on social media regarding his recent legislative activities and developments related to the U.S. Coast Guard in Hawaii. Rep. Case has been serving in Congress since 2019 and has a history of public service dating back to his tenure in the Hawaii House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002.

On November 21, 2024, Rep. Case announced that “Our resolution passed unanimously” concerning actions by the People’s Republic of China. The resolution was co-introduced by him as part of efforts to address international relations issues (2/2) by the People’s Republic of China.”

Earlier that day, he had spoken before the full House in support of H. Resolution 837, which he co-introduced.
