Case has represented Hawaii’s 1st District since 2019 after succeeding Colleen Hanabusa. He previously served in the Hawaii House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002. Born in Hilo in 1952 and currently residing in Kāneʻohe at age 70, Case holds degrees from Williams College and the University of California Hastings College of the Law.
