In 2021, the property tax paid for this property was $485.45, which is 0.8% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Huffman as of this publication.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Ellen Lee Nelson has been registered to vote since 2015. John William Nelson has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Texas Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3415 Trent Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Janet Lynn Bradley, 63, Denzil L Pitts, 28, Ellen Lee Nelson, 64, and John William Nelson, 73.
