On Dec. 22, Aaron and Jacqueline Cabello purchased a four bedroom, four bathroom home at 610 Witter St., Pasadena from Juan and Sanjuana Gaona. The property is appraised at $145,596.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2021 was $1,531.94, 1.05% of the appraised value of the home.

So far in December 2021, 12 properties sold in Pasadena.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Sanjuana Aguinaga Gaona has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Texas Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 610 Witter St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sanjuana Aguinaga Gaona, 61, and Alejandra Catalina Gaona, 30.
