Median home valuations in Sheldon rose to $107,532 in Q2

The median assessed value of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Sheldon rose by $50,455 while total valuation remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 11 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $107,532 - an 88.4 percent increase over the $57,077 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Sheldon in the second quarter of 2021, as well.
