Valuation for the median home in Baytown increased during the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Baytown rose by $33,002 while total valuation increased by 57.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 413 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $162,898 - a 25.4 percent increase over the $129,896 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 262 homes sold in Baytown in the first half of 2021.
