First half of 2022: Home valuations in Channelview increased

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Channelview rose by $46,785 while total valuation increased by 42.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 147 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $161,583 - a 40.8 percent increase over the $114,798 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 103 homes sold in Channelview in the first half of 2021.
