Pasadena home valuations rose in the first half of 2022

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Pasadena rose by $23,879 while total valuation increased by 37.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 656 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $155,298 - an 18.2 percent increase over the $131,419 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 477 homes sold in Pasadena in the first half of 2021.
