How did home valuations perform in Highlands during the first half of 2022?

The median assessed value of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Highlands rose by $20,837 while total valuation increased by 47.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 50 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $149,025 - a 16.3 percent increase over the $128,188 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Highlands in the first half of 2021.
