Rep. Jodey Arrington, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas' 19th district since 2017, recently shared his views on several issues via social media. Born in Plainview, Texas, and a graduate of Texas Tech University, Arrington has been vocal about his stance on international organizations and tax policies.
On January 22, 2025, Rep. Arrington expressed support for former President Trump's decision to withdraw the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO). He stated that Congress should ensure future presidents cannot rejoin the organization without significant reforms. "President Trump was right to pull the United States out of the CCP-controlled World Health Organization."

In another post on January 22, Rep. Arrington emphasized the importance of full expensing in the tax code as an incentive for job creation and economic growth. He noted its significance in previous tax reforms aimed at boosting business investments. "There’s no bigger incentive in the tax code for job creation and economic expansion than allowing businesses...to fully and immediately deduct the cost of new investments..."
