On January 24, 2025, Rep. Case emphasized the constitutional duty associated with his role on the House Committee on Appropriations. He quoted the Constitution: “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law.” This tweet marked the beginning of his seventh year on the committee during the first meeting of the 119th Congress.

The following day, January 25, 2025, Rep. Case expressed support for cultural heritage preservation. He announced a grant aimed at supporting local culture: "Our incredibly rich, diverse and unique heritage is our gift from our past to present to future, and must be preserved even amidst great tragedy."
