How many students were enrolled in Liberty County schools in the 2020-2021 school year?

Test 08

Liberty County enrolled 20,283 students in the 2020-2021 school year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

This is 876 more than the year before.

Liberty County was ranked 51st in enrollment among Texas counties.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
