On February 21, 2025, Brian Babin expressed strong condemnation of actions attributed to Hamas terrorists. He described the events as "Absolutely barbaric," citing the killing of babies and the subsequent public display of their bodies. Babin emphasized that "The world cannot turn a blind eye" and called for severe consequences against Hamas.

In another tweet dated February 22, 2025, Babin shared his pride in attending Judge Dan Simons’ swearing-in ceremony for the 496th Criminal District Court in Houston. He highlighted Simons' achievements by stating he was "Honored to attend" the event and praised Simons as "A Tyler County native & former student of my wife, Roxanne." Babin commended Simons for overcoming challenges to achieve significant milestones.

Further commenting on international affairs on February 23, 2025, Babin warned about Brazil's political trajectory under socialism and what he termed judicial tyranny. Referring to insights from Flavio Bolsonaro at CPAC, he tweeted that "Brazil’s descent into socialism and judicial tyranny is a warning to America." He underscored the danger posed when courts assume dictatorial powers.
