Representative Ed Case, currently serving in the U.S. Congress, representing Hawaii’s 1st District, recently took to social media to highlight his recent activities and engagements. Over several days in April 2025, he shared insights into his focus on affordable housing, support for local military units, and maintaining communication with his constituents.

In a post from April 5, 2025, Case highlighted his involvement in affordable housing, noting his collaboration with various stakeholders. He stated, "Focusing on affordable housing w/Reina Miyamoto of Hawaiʻi HomeOwnership Center, Ashleigh Loa of Hawaiian Community Assets, and Claudia Shay of Self-Help Housing Corporation of Hawaiʻi".

On April 6, 2025, he expressed his support for military personnel, mentioning his visit with Hawaii's Reservists and Guardsmen. He stated, "I joined our great Hawaiʻi Reservists and Guardsmen yesterday: the legendary 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Army Reserves at their Go for Broke day at Shafter Flats; and the Hawaiʻi Air National Guard’s 298th Air Defense Group at Wheeler AAF, where General Steven Nordhaus, Chief".

A subsequent post on April 7, 2025, emphasized his commitment to staying connected with his constituents amidst current challenges. He reflected on the extent of his community engagement, stating, "In confusing and chaotic times, staying in touch back home however possible to listen, discuss and answer is especially important. My 1st quarter ‘25 activities included 9 in-person and online talk stories, over 200 meetings and over 14,000 letters sent."
