Brian Babin, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas' 36th district, has recently made a series of statements via social media regarding key political and social issues.

On April 11, 2025, Babin stated "The No Rogue Rulings Act is a major victory in stopping Democrat-appointed judges from using nationwide injunctions to block President Trump's agenda." He emphasized that the act prevents individual judges from undermining the will of the American people.

Later that day, on April 11, 2025, he addressed a topic in education and sports by saying, "This isn’t 'inclusive'—it’s insanity. Our daughters shouldn’t have to compete against biological males. Period." Babin referenced ongoing debates about gender and competition, voicing opposition to policies allowing transgender athletes in women's sports categories.

Babin further commented on legal matters concerning immigration and national security. On April 11, 2025, he remarked, "BREAKING: The courts just gave the green light for the Trump Admin. to deport Hamas sympathizer Mahmoud Khali." The statement celebrated a court decision permitting the deportation of Mahmoud Khali, highlighting Babin's stance on upholding constitutional processes for deportation.

Brian Babin, 75, born in Port Arthur, Texas, graduated from Lamar University in 1973 and has been serving in Congress since 2015, replacing Steve Stockman. He continues to reside in Woodville, Texas.
