CITY OF PASADENA: Staying Safe During COVID-19 – An Important Message To Survivors Of Domestic Violence

City Of Pasadena issued the following announcement on April 27.

Stay at home measures may help prevent the spread of COVID-19, but staying at home for extended periods can sometimes cause tensions to rise within relationships. This pandemic has caused stress and economic pressures that could have never been predicted by anyone. Due to social distancing guidelines and stay-at-home orders, many have been isolated for weeks, which can put you at risk for violence. If you feel you are at risk and must leave for your safety, having the right knowledge can help prevent you from being a victim of domestic violence. The flyer below offers some vital information on what you can do to ensure your safety at home.
