Brian Babin, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas' 36th district since 2015, has shared several concerns on social media regarding national security and immigration policies. His recent tweets highlight issues ranging from foreign influence to border security.

On November 21, 2024, Babin expressed concern over the influence of Beijing's summer camps on American children. He stated, "Beijing is using summer camps to lure and brainwash thousands of American kids with CCP propaganda." He emphasized the need to address China's influence, particularly when it targets U.S. youth.

Later that day, Babin addressed the death of Laken Riley in relation to U.S. border policies. In his tweet posted at 17:22 UTC, he remarked that "Laken Riley deserved to live a full life," attributing her untimely death to what he described as the Biden-Harris administration's open-border policies allowing criminal elements into the country.

In another post on November 21 at 19:26 UTC, Babin discussed a thwarted terrorist attack by Harun Abdul-Malik Yener targeting the New York Stock Exchange. He questioned how many other potential threats might exist within the country and implied a connection between these threats and current border policies by asking, "Do you think Biden’s open borders helped with that?"
