Ed Case extended his "special congrats and mahalo to the Mayors and Councilmembers of the Counties of Kaua’i and Hawai’i who took the oath of office yesterday at county inauguration ceremonies." He emphasized the significance of their oath, stating that it is a "very serious oath on which our fellow Hawai’i ‘ohana depend," highlighting the importance he places on their partnership.
